Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the technical requirements for dust explosion-proof plastic production system. This standard applies to: a) olefin gases as raw materials, the main process is the polymerization reaction to get plastic powder material, by granulation to get plastic granules powder production system; b) plastic, synthetic polymer powder or granules as raw materials, through the melt and injection molding and other processes of production and processing of plastic supplies production system, including waste plastics recycling and processing of production systems. This standard does not apply to plastic powder coating process.
