Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the content of the design of safety facilities for onshore oil and gas pipeline construction projects and the requirements for the preparation of the special section. This standard applies to the People’s Republic of China within the territory of the new construction, reconstruction, expansion of onshore oil and gas pipelines. This standard does not apply to submarine oil and gas pipelines, urban gas pipelines, oil and gas field gathering pipelines and jet fuel pipelines in airports, inter-plant and intra-plant oil and gas pipelines of petrochemical enterprises.
