Standard Applicability:This document specifies the technical requirements for monitoring, operation, inspection, maintenance, abnormality and trouble shooting, maintenance interval and out-of-service time, process and quality requirements, maintenance test, etc. of main valves of hydraulic turbines. This document applies to hydraulic turbine inlet spherical valve with nominal diameter of 500 mm to 5000 mm and hydraulic turbine inlet butterfly valve with nominal diameter of 1000 mm to 10 000 mm, as well as their supporting hydraulic devices and ancillary equipment.
