Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the polypropylene terephthalate (PTT) wool (hereinafter referred to as: PTT wool) terms and definitions, product identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements. This standard applies to the nominal line density of 1.67 dtex ~ 3.33 dtex semi-matte, natural color, round cross-section, the average length of less than or equal to 110 mm, directly into the strip of PTT wool. Other types of PTT roving can be used for reference.
