This standard applies to organic pollutants and mercury contaminated soil ex-situ thermal desorption remediation project, can be used as a contaminated soil ex-situ thermal desorption remediation project engineering design, construction and operation management of the technical basis. This standard does not apply to the treatment of radioactive material contaminated soil.
