Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the general requirements for the treatment of waste lithium-ion power battery, treatment process pollution control technology requirements, pollutant discharge control and environmental monitoring requirements and operational environmental management requirements. This standard applies to waste lithium-ion power battery treatment process pollution control, can be used as a waste lithium-ion power battery treatment of construction projects related to environmental impact assessment, construction and operation, completion of environmental protection acceptance, sewage licensing management and other technical reference basis. Energy storage, consumer and other types of waste lithium-ion batteries, as well as lithium-ion battery production waste treatment process of pollution control, can refer to the implementation of this standard. This standard does not apply to lithium-ion power battery in the warranty period to return to the factory fault detection, repair and refurbishment process.
