Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the onshore oil and gas mining industrial emissions unit self-monitoring general requirements, monitoring program development, information recording and reporting of the basic content and requirements. This standard applies to onshore oil and gas extraction industry emissions unit in the production and operation phase of its emissions of water, gas pollutants, noise and the impact on the quality of the surrounding environment to carry out self-monitoring. Oil sands, oil shale, shale gas, coal bed methane, natural gas hydrates and other unconventional oil and gas mining industrial emissions unit self-monitoring can refer to the implementation. Self-monitoring requirements for self-owned thermal power generating units (plants) and supporting power boilers are implemented in accordance with HJ 820.
