Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicides and dicamba in water. The limits of detection (LODs) were 0.04 μg/L~0.06 μg/L and the lower limits of detection (LLODs) were 0.16 μg/L~0.24 μg/L using liquid-liquid extraction (LLIE), and 0.5 μg/L~0.8 μg/L and the lower limits of detection (LLODs) were 2.0 μg/L and 2.0 μg/L, respectively, using direct clean-up (DDC), 5.0 ml and 1.0 ml sample volume. The limits of detection were 0.5 μg/L~0.8 μg/L and the limits of detection were 2.0 μg/L~3.2 μg/L with a volume of 1.0 ml for direct purification.
