Standard Applicability:This standard applies to coal-fired and coal gangue power plant dust removal project, including boiler-generated flue gas dust removal project and the process of non-organized emissions (coal transfer, storage, crushing, preparation of desulfurization agent, ash removal and transfer process) dust removal project. It can be used as the technical basis for environmental impact assessment, engineering design and construction, environmental protection acceptance at the completion of construction projects and operation and management after completion. The smoke (powder) dust control and dust removal projects of heavy oil-fired and biomass power plants can be referred to.
