Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the paper industry construction project completion of environmental protection facilities acceptance of the work procedures and general requirements, puts forward the start of acceptance, acceptance of self-examination, the preparation of acceptance monitoring program, the implementation of acceptance monitoring and inspection, the preparation of acceptance of the monitoring report (form) of the technical requirements. This standard applies to the paper industry construction project completion of environmental protection facilities acceptance work. The acceptance of environmental protection facilities for the completion of paper industry construction projects with self-contained thermal power generating units (plants) is carried out in accordance with HJ/T 255. Other contents not stipulated in this standard are implemented in accordance with the Annex to Technical Guidelines for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Completed Construction Projects Pollution Impact Category (Announcement of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment No. 9 of 2018).
