Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the industrial boiler flue gas treatment project of pollutants and pollution load, general requirements, process design, the main process equipment and materials, testing and process control, the main auxiliary engineering, labor safety and occupational health, construction and acceptance, operation and maintenance. The industrial boiler described in this standard refers to the coal-fueled single boiler capacity of 10 t / h to 65 t / h (inclusive) between the steam boiler, hot water boiler with a capacity greater than 7 MW, organic heat carrier boilers and layer-fired boilers. This standard applies to industrial boiler flue gas particulate matter, sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) three types of pollutants in the treatment works, industrial boiler flue gas mercury and other pollutants should be prioritized through the synergistic effect of flue gas treatment works for governance. This standard can be used as industrial boiler flue gas treatment project environmental impact assessment, engineering design, construction, commissioning, acceptance, operation and management, as well as environmental supervision of the technical basis. The use of fuel oil, gas and other fuels in the boiler and kiln flue gas particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the treatment works can be referred to. This standard does not apply to hazardous waste as fuel or mixed with hazardous waste boiler flue gas treatment works.
