Standard Applicability:This standard is applicable to guiding copper smelting emission units to fill in the Application Form for Emission Permit and relevant application information in the declaration system of the national emission permit management information platform, and to guiding the approving authority to audit and determine the requirements for emission permits for copper smelting emission units. This Standard applies to the management of emission permits for air pollutants and water pollutants discharged by copper smelting emission units with primary ore or copper concentrate as the main raw material, excluding recycling smelting emission units with waste copper materials as the raw material. Before the issuance of the Technical Code for Application and Issuance of Emission Permits for Boiler Industry, hot water boilers and steam boilers with capacity of 65 t/h or less shall refer to the implementation of this standard, and after the issuance of this standard, they shall be subject to the provisions thereof. The provisions of this standard will be followed after the release.
