Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the basic requirements for the management of the whole process of formation and accumulation, organization, filing and archive management, development and utilization of documents and materials with preservation value generated in the ecological environmental protection work of construction projects. This standard applies to the ecological environment protection file management of construction projects at all levels of ecological environment departments and their subordinate units (hereinafter referred to as ecological environment departments). Other departments and units of ecological environmental protection file management of construction projects can refer to this standard. This standard is not applicable to the ecological environmental protection file management of nuclear and radiation construction projects.
