Standard Applicability:This standard applies to the whole process of application, issuance, implementation and supervision of sewage licenses. This standard is applicable to guide the sewage disposal units to carry out environmental management account records and implementation report preparation and submission. There are industry emissions permit application and issuance of technical specifications (hereinafter referred to as industry technical specifications), in accordance with industry technical specifications; no industry technical specifications, in accordance with the implementation of this standard; industry involves a common process, the implementation of the general process emissions permit application and issuance of technical specifications. The development of industry or general process emissions permit application and issuance of technical specifications “environmental management accounts and emissions permit implementation report preparation requirements” can refer to this standard.
