Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the technical requirements for the detection of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted from equipment leakage and open liquid surface. Provides for the equipment leakage and open liquid surface and other sources of VOCs of non-organized emissions detection methods, instrumentation requirements, quality assurance and control. This guideline does not apply to the direct determination of the mass emission rate of VOCs from leaks and open liquid surface emission sources.
