Standard Applicability:This standard applies to the cement industry emissions unit in the production and operation phase of its emissions of gas and water pollutants, noise and the impact on the quality of the surrounding environment to carry out monitoring. This standard applies to the self-monitoring of cement industry emission units of cement (clinker) manufacturing, mining, bulk cement transfer station and cement products production. The use of cement kilns co-disposal of hazardous wastes, domestic waste (including waste plastics, waste rubber, waste paper, waste tires, etc., mixed with the quality of domestic waste shall not exceed 30% of the total mass of the material into the kiln), municipal and industrial sewage sludge, animal and plant processing wastes, contaminated soils, emergency event wastes and other solid wastes of the cement industry sewage disposal unit of self-monitoring applies to this standard.
