Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the management requirements for each stage of the life cycle of information system hosting and maintenance services for small and medium-sized banks, including pre-hosting preparations, establishment of hosting services, hosting service maintenance guarantee, hosting service changes and withdrawal, as well as hosting service supervision and management, and regulates the resource preparations, hosting service operation guarantee capability, hosting process and management mechanism that should be possessed by the commissioning organization and the entrusted institution, and clarifies the responsibilities and service scope of both the commissioning organization and the entrusted institution. It specifies the responsibilities and service scope of the entrusting and entrusted organizations of the information system hosting service. This standard applies to the hosting and maintenance services of information systems of small and medium-sized banks.
