Standard Applicability:This standard applies to civil aircraft (hereinafter referred to as aircraft) transportation aviation serious accident symptoms, transportation aviation general accident symptoms, transportation aviation ground accident symptoms and general aviation accident symptoms determination. This standard does not apply to the determination of accident symptoms for aircraft performing national rescue, disaster relief, air sports, personal recreational flights, test flights before obtaining the airworthiness certificate of a single aircraft and other specific reasons. This standard does not apply to illegal flight of aircraft or intentional damage.
