Standard Applicability:This document specifies the necessary items and evaluation items for the safety evaluation of small hydropower plants in terms of electrical primary equipment, electrical secondary equipment and safety production management. This document applies to small hydropower plants with total installed capacity of 6 MW to 50 MW and connected to the power grid through voltage level of lO kV and above. For small hydropower stations with a total installed capacity of less than 6 MW or operating in parallel with the power system through other voltage levels, reference is made to the implementation.
