Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the meteorological construction project completion acceptance of the content, organization, basis, work procedures, application conditions and time requirements, completion of the financial accounts, the main documents, unqualified construction projects and archive management and other requirements. This standard applies to the use of central or local financial funds and the use of other funds for the completion of meteorological construction projects acceptance work. This standard is not applicable to all use of local financial funds and local completion and acceptance of the project has special provisions.
