Standard Applicability:This standard applies to renewable resources sorting center, including scrap iron and steel, scrap non-ferrous metals, waste electrical and electronic products, waste mechanical and electrical equipment products, waste paper raw materials, waste plastics, waste tires, waste chemical light materials, waste glass and other sorting center set up, construction and management service activities. It is not applicable to the establishment, construction and management activities of sorting centers for imported solid wastes that can be used as raw materials, hazardous wastes and scrap automobiles, etc. as otherwise provided for by laws, regulations and rules of China.
