Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the terminology, definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of the thermal pad type therapeutic instrument. This standard applies to the use of thermal pads placed on the patient’s body localized thermal effect and heat conduction to the patient’s treatment equipment. This standard does not apply to thermal magnetic vibrator therapy equipment and no self-care ability, there may be unable to control the heating of the equipment used by people and medical temperature control blanket type of equipment. This standard replaces YY/T 0165-2007 “thermal pad type therapeutic instrument”.
