Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the implantable cardiac pacemaker electrode lead technical requirements, test methods and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements. This standard applies to implantable cardiac pacemaker electrode lead. The characteristics of electrode lead wire connectors are specified by YY/T 0491-2004 and YY/T 0972-2016. This standard does not make requirements on the functional compatibility or reliability aspects of pacemaker systems composed of different electrode leads and pulse generators. This standard replaces YY/T 0492-2004 Electrode Leads for Implantable Cardiac Pacemakers.
