This standard applies to the reusable medical tweezers for holding human tissues or dressings, involving the following product categories: tissue tweezers (holding human tissues), thoracic tweezers (holding thoracic tissues), myocardial tweezers (holding myocardial tissues), cerebral tweezers (holding brain tissues), nasal tweezers (holding, separating intranasal tissues), ear tweezers (holding, separating intranasal tissues), tumor removal tweezers (removing intracranial tumors), orthopedic tweezers (holding human tissues), and dressing tweezers (holding dressings). Holding human tissue) and dressing tweezers (holding dressings). This standard does not apply to active and non-metallic materials of medical forceps. This standard replaces YY/T 0686-2008 “Medical tweezers”.
