Standard Applicability:This part of YY/T 0698 provides requirements and test methods for paper used in the production of paper bags (specified in YY/T 0698.4), combination bags and rolls (specified in YY/T 0698.5). This part does not add requirements to the general requirements of ISO 11607-1, so that the specialized requirements in 4.2 may be used to confirm compliance with one or more, but not all, of the requirements of ISO 11607-1. The paper specified in this part applies to the packaging of final sterilized medical devices. NOTE: The applicable sterilization method is specified by the manufacturer.
