Standard Applicability:This part of YY/T 0698 provides requirements and test methods for sealable adhesive coated paper produced from paper conforming to YY/T 0698.6. The packaging material is used as packaging for medical devices that are ultimately sterilized by ethylene oxide or radiation. This part does not add requirements to the general requirements of ISO 11607-1, but only provides guidance on the elements based on ISO 11607-1, relevant national standards. Therefore, the specialized requirements in 4.2 to 4.3 may be used to confirm compliance with one or more, but not all, of the requirements of ISO 11607-1.
