Standard Applicability:1.1 This part of YY 0801 specifies the requirements and dimensions of terminals intended for use in anesthesia gas purification and handling systems complying with ISO 7396-2.1.2 This part specifies two types of terminals depending on whether the power unit is upstream or downstream of the terminal.1.3 This part also specifies the requirements and dimensions of the mating parts (inserts) for the type-specific connection point that is 1.4 This part does not specify the range of nominal working pressures for terminals as defined in ISO 7396-2. 1.5 This part does not specify the requirements for terminals for compressed medical gases and vacuums to which YY 0801.1 applies.
