Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the basic parameters and product composition of pulsed carbon dioxide laser therapy machine, technical requirements, test methods, as well as signs and labels, packaging and other content, this standard as a pulsed carbon dioxide laser therapy machine manufacturer of medical devices registered product standards to provide technical specifications. This standard applies to the pulse operation part of pulse carbon dioxide laser treatment machine which contains only pulse operation mode and carbon dioxide laser treatment machine which contains both continuous wave operation mode and pulse operation mode. The “pulse” referred to in this standard has a pulse duration (pulse width) of less than 0.25 s. The therapeutic machine achieves its therapeutic purpose by vaporizing, carbonizing, coagulating and irradiating human tissues through the pulsed laser with a wavelength of 10.6 um. Carbon dioxide laser treatment machine which contains continuous wave operation mode and pulse operation mode at the same time, its continuous wave operation part shall comply with GB11748, and its pulse operation part shall comply with this standard.
