This document applies to aseptically supplied dressings with a liquid absorbing layer of polyurethane foam. This document does not apply to polyurethane foam dressings and polyurethane foam dressings (sponges) for negative pressure drainage that contain bacteriostatic agents such as silver, substances containing active ingredients or substances capable of releasing active substances/energy, materials of human/animal origin, tissue-engineered materials, and biodegradable materials.
