Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the determination of organophosphorus pesticides in water gas chromatography – mass spectrometry. This standard applies to the determination of 28 organophosphorus pesticides in surface water, groundwater, seawater, domestic sewage and industrial wastewater, such as dichlorvos, tetramethrin, endosulfan, mirex, fenitrothion, methomyl, tebuthiophos, diazinon, dinophos, dinophos, isoxaflutole, chlorothalonil, chlorpyrifos, chlorpyrifos-methyl, phosphamidon, methyl-parathion, chlorpyrifos, fenitrothion, malathion, parathion, bromothalonil, isoflumizole, hydramid phosphorous, rice fenitrothion, malathion, benomyl, triazophos, flytoxin, trichlorfon and so on. Determination of 28 organophosphorus pesticides, including fenitrothion, malathion, parathion, bromothion, methamidophos, aminothion, paddyfosan, propoxur, fenitrothion, triazophos, flytipping, trichlorfon, etc. When the sampling volume of surface water, groundwater and seawater was 1 L, and the volume of finalization was 1.0 ml, the detection limits of the 28 organophosphorus pesticides were 0.3 μg/L-0.6 μg/L, and the lower limits of the determination were 1.2 μg/L-2.4 μg/L. The detection limits of the 28 organophosphorus pesticides were 4 μg/L-7 μg/L when the sampling volume of domestic wastewater and industrial wastewater was 100 ml, and the volume of finalization was 1.0 ml. When the sample volume of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater is 100 ml, the method detection limit of 28 organophosphorus pesticides is 4 μg/L～7 μg/L, and the lower limit of determination is 16 μg/L～28 μg/L.
