Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the battery industry emissions unit self-monitoring general requirements, monitoring program development, information recording and reporting of the basic content and requirements. This standard applies to the battery industry emissions unit in the production and operation phase of its emissions of water, air pollutants, noise and the impact on the quality of its surrounding environment to carry out self-monitoring. Self-monitoring requirements for self-owned thermal power generating units (plants) and supporting power boilers are implemented in accordance with HJ 820.
