Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the recycled non-ferrous metals (recycled copper, recycled aluminum, recycled lead, recycled zinc) industrial emissions unit self-monitoring general requirements, monitoring program development, information recording and reporting of the basic content and requirements. This standard applies to the production of non-ferrous metals and their alloys from scrap non-ferrous metals as raw materials of the sewage unit, in the production and operation phase of its emissions of water, air pollutants, noise and the impact on the quality of its surrounding environment to carry out self-monitoring. With copper-containing sludge, zinc-containing steelmaking dust, lead leaching slag and other non-ferrous metal secondary resources as the main raw materials for the production of non-ferrous metals and their alloys of the sewage unit, can refer to the implementation of this standard. Self-monitoring requirements for self-owned thermal power generating units (plants) and supporting power boilers are implemented in accordance with HJ 820.
