Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the general requirements of self-monitoring of PVC industrial emissions units, monitoring program development, information recording and reporting of the basic content and requirements. This standard applies to the self-monitoring of water and air pollutants discharged, noise and the impact on the quality of the surrounding environment by PVC industrial waste disposal units during the production and operation stage. In the PVC industry, the self-monitoring requirements for inorganic chemical production units shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 1138, and the self-monitoring requirements for self-owned thermal power generating units (plants) and supporting power boilers shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 820.
