Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the coal processing industry in the production of syngas and liquid fuel emissions unit self-monitoring general requirements, monitoring program development, information recording and reporting of the basic content and requirements. This standard applies to the coal processing industry in the production of syngas and liquid fuel emissions unit in the production and operation phase of its emissions of water, air pollutants, noise and the impact on the quality of the surrounding environment to carry out self-monitoring. Among the emission units producing syngas and liquid fuels, the self-monitoring of pollution-producing facilities and emission outlets implementing GB 31572 is implemented in accordance with HJ 947; the self-monitoring of self-contained thermal power generating units (plants) and auxiliary power boilers is implemented in accordance with HJ 820; and the self-monitoring of solid waste incineration facilities is implemented in accordance with HJ 1205.
