Standard Applicability:This standard applies to the ultra-low emission flue gas control project of the supporting boilers (excluding W-fire furnace) of 100 MW and above coal-fired generating units (including thermoelectricity), and can be used as the technical basis for the environmental impact assessment of the new construction, alteration and expansion projects of coal-fired power plants, the design, construction, commissioning, acceptance and operation management of the environmental protection facilities, as well as the environmental supervision and approval of the emissions permit. The ultra-low emission flue gas control project of the boiler of coal-fired generating units below 100 MW can be implemented with reference.
