Standard Applicability:This standard applies to the production, operation, storage, transportation, use and disposal of hazardous chemicals or hazardous wastes, as well as accidental factors or irresistible natural disasters and other causes of environmental emergencies caused by emergency monitoring, including surface water, groundwater, the atmosphere and the soil environment and other emergency monitoring. This standard does not apply to emergency monitoring of nuclear pollution incidents, marine pollution incidents, pollution incidents involving military facilities, biological and microbiological pollution incidents.
