Standard Applicability:This standard applies to the iron and steel industry and coking chemical industry emissions units in the production and operation phase of its emissions of water, air pollutants, noise and the impact on the quality of its surrounding environment to carry out monitoring. This standard does not apply to iron and steel production enterprises in iron ore mining and ferroalloy production process of self-monitoring. Self-monitoring requirements for self-owned thermal power generating units (plants) and supporting power boilers of iron and steel industry and coking chemical industry emissions units are implemented in accordance with HJ820.
