Standard Applicability:This standard applies to the cement industry construction project environmental impact assessment of the new (alteration, expansion) construction of pollution sources and existing engineering sources of pollution source strength accounting. This standard applies to the cement industry under normal and abnormal working conditions source strength accounting, not applicable to sudden leakage, fire, explosion and other accidents in the source strength accounting. This standard applies to cement clinker manufacturing, cement grinding and other production processes such as exhaust gas pollutants, wastewater pollutants, noise, solid waste source strength accounting, not applicable to cement kiln co-disposal of solid wastes discharged in the process of waste gas characteristics of pollutant source strength accounting. Bulk cement transit and cement products production can refer to the implementation. The source strength of boilers implementing GB 13223 is accounted in accordance with the Technical Guidelines for Source Strength Accounting of Pollution Sources Thermal Power (HJ 888); the source strength of boilers implementing GB 13271 is accounted in accordance with the Technical Guidelines for Source Strength Accounting of Pollution Sources Boilers.
