Standard Applicability:This standard applies to the pulp and paper industry construction projects in the environmental impact assessment of the new (alteration, expansion) construction project sources of pollution and existing engineering sources of pollution source accounting. This standard applies to the pulp and paper industry under normal and abnormal working conditions source strength accounting, not applicable to sudden leaks, fires, explosions and other accidents source strength accounting. This standard applies to the pulp and paper industry pulp, paper and other production processes and public works of waste gas, waste water, noise, solid waste source strength accounting. The boiler source strength of GB 13223 is accounted in accordance with HJ 888; the boiler source strength of GB 13271 is accounted in accordance with “Technical Guidelines for Source Strength Accounting of Pollution Sources Boilers”.
