Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the ecological environment instruments and equipment in the application and acquisition, opening and acceptance and installation and commissioning, use (operation), maintenance, modification, transfer and scrapping process, with the preservation of the value of the formation and accumulation of documents and materials, organizing, filing and archives management, development and utilization of the whole process of management of the basic requirements. This standard applies to all levels of ecological and environmental authorities and their subordinate units (hereinafter referred to as ecological and environmental departments) of ecological and environmental instruments and equipment file management work. Other departments and units of ecological environment instrument and equipment file management can refer to the implementation of this standard.
