Standard Applicability:This standard applies to the coking chemical industry new (alteration, expansion) construction project pollution sources and existing engineering sources of pollution source strength accounting. This standard applies to the coking chemical industry under normal and abnormal emissions source strength accounting, not for sudden leakage, fire, explosion and other accidents source strength accounting. This standard applies to coal preparation, coking, coke treatment, gas purification, coking chemical product recycling and thermal energy use and other production processes of waste gas, wastewater, noise, solid waste pollution source source strength accounting, coke oven type including conventional coke ovens, heat recovery coke ovens and half-coke (blue carbon) carbonization oven. The source strength of boiler pollution sources implementing GB 13223 is accounted in accordance with HJ 888; the source strength of boiler pollution sources implementing GB 13271 is accounted in accordance with the Technical Guidelines for Source Strength Accounting of Boiler Pollution Sources.
