This standard is not applicable to the environmental impact assessment of the construction projects of independent coking enterprises, non-main projects in the iron and steel industry, and metallurgical mine mining and ore dressing construction projects in the iron and steel industry. The environmental impact assessment for planning of iron and steel enterprises can be implemented with reference.
