Standard Applicability:This standard applies to guide the cement industry emissions unit to fill in the “emissions permit application form” and online filling in the relevant application information, applies to guide the certification authority to audit and determine the emissions unit of the cement industry emissions permit licensing requirements. This standard applies to cement (clinker) manufacturing, independent grinding station emissions unit emissions of air pollutants and water pollutants emissions license management. This standard does not make provisions but the discharge of industrial wastewater, waste gas or toxic and hazardous air pollutants specified by the state of the cement industry emissions unit of other production facilities and emission outlets, with reference to the “emission permit application and issuance of technical specifications for the implementation of the General Provisions”.
