Standard Applicability:This standard specifies the principle, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, cuttings, sample preparation, operating procedures, calculation of results and precision for the determination of aflatoxin in grain and edible vegetable oils by post-column photochemical derivatization high performance liquid chromatography. This standard applies to the determination of aflatoxin in grain, oil and products (except oil). The quantitative detection limits of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 in this standard are 0.5 g/kg, 0.25 g/kg, 1.0 g/kg and 0.5 g/kg respectively.
