Standard Applicability:This standard applies to the system construction and operation management of single-use commercial prepaid card scale card issuance, group card issuance (card sales) and brand card issuance (card sales) enterprises. Exceptions are the bearer prepaid card vouchers issued by power fuel sales enterprises and used to redeem power fuel for defined production and business vehicles.
